Cedar Park

Cedar Park, Texas, a vibrant community situated on the northern border of Austin just 17 miles from downtown.  We are named for a park that was a rail stop in the late 1800s and were incorporated as a City in 1973, and, true to our namesake Cedar Park now features 47 City parks and 22 miles of trails.

Today’s population is about 76,800 and Cedar Park has twice been ranked Fourth Fastest-Growing City in the Country in recent years.  We’re a bustling high-tech employer hub, too, with a median age of 34.2 years, 45.9 percent with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher and average household income of $90,160.  Cedar Park is on the move!  Cedar Park offers a high quality of life and low cost of living, investments in our future, major employers, master planning, Bell Boulevard Redevelopment Project, commitment to public safety, mobility and transportation, H-E-B Center at Cedar Park and much more!
